ABOUT THE WALK 🥾
🏰 Kenilworth Castle Countryside Trail 🌿
Step back in time and soak up the scenic beauty of Warwickshire on this charming circular walk from the iconic Kenilworth Castle. Starting from the Castle and Gardens car park (or any nearby spot – just walk up the hill!), we escape into a landscape rich with history and nature.
Our route winds across open fields, peaceful tracks, bubbling streams and duck-dotted ponds as we follow both the Centenary Way and the Millennium Way. Along the way, we’ll pass through the sleepy village of Beausale and over to historic Honiley – keep your eyes peeled for glimpses of Honiley Hall and the quaint country church nestled in the trees.
The trail leads us back over rustic bridges and meadows, finishing with a satisfying return to Kenilworth. It’s a gentle but rewarding countryside adventure, perfect for anyone who loves a mix of history, fresh air, and hidden gems.
