A vegetarian cookery class exploring the fresh vegetables and dishes of summer for a traditional style Indian thali meal. The dishes will be designed to complement and contrast in taste and textures to create a mouth-watering lunch that includes a wholesome light split moong daal kitchdi (rice and lentils), savoury lassi, fresh dry and wet vegetable curries with some chosen seasonal condiments and sides.
